I grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and was first introduced to film photography through my school’s darkroom and have been transfixed ever since. I continued taking photography classes throughout my time at Tufts University before moving to New York City after graduation.
As a hopeless romantic, I feel incredibly lucky to have the chance to document love on film.
I am inspired by silhouettes and shadows, reflections and mirrors, window panes and door frames, genuine laughter and clandestine glances, 1950’s black and white photography, the ritual of preparing for an event, authentic interactions between family and friends, and raucous dance floors to end the evening.
